① 不正アクセスの発生
2023年6月21日に「英語版HP休止のお知らせ」でもお知らせしましたが、英語版お問い合わせフォームから大量のスパムが送られ弊所HP管理画面パスワードを不正取得したうえユーザーアカウントを不正に新規登録する事件が発生しました。さらに、7月15日に日本語版HPにも同様に弊所HPユーザーアカウントの不正新規登録事件が発生しました.。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　管理画面から不正編集が可能なため、連携士業情報の不正改変防止のため暫くの間、休止します。
セキュリティ－を万全にし、更に強固なパワスワードに新規設定しました。
なお、弊所HPのお問い合わせフォームから送信された個人情報については、全て弊所メールアドレス側で受信管理しているため、全く漏洩しない万全のシステムですので、ご安心ください。

② 弊所HP・士業連携に対するＳＮＳ上での当職への揶揄誹謗の発生
2023年7月になり、酷評の範囲を超えた拡散を目的としたと考えられる弊所に対する複数のＳＮＳ上での当職への揶揄誹謗の投稿を複数発見しました。
主な投稿は、「行政書士は誰でもできる代書屋に過ぎない。」「前職を勤務できない者が行政書士になる。」「士業連携する者は、共に能力が低い。」との誤った趣旨でした。詳細な反論はしませんが、正しくは、「行政書士は行政書士法に基づく国家資格者であり、代書屋行為は非行政書士行為で罰せられる。」「行政書士国家試験に合格し登録して行政書士になる。」「士業連携する者は、業際問題やイノベーション目的で能力が高い。」が事実であります。
明かに当職に対するものでしたが、連携士業への風評被害発生を未然に防止するため暫くの間、休止します。

① Occurrence of unauthorized access
As we announced on June 21, 2023 in “Notice of suspension of English version of HP”, a large amount of spam was sent from the English version of the inquiry form, and the password for our HP management screen was illegally obtained, and a new user account was illegally created. An incident has occurred to be registered. Furthermore, on July 15th, there was an incident of unauthorized new user account registration on the Japanese version of our website. 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Since unauthorized editing is possible from the management screen, it will be suspended for a while to prevent unauthorized alteration of collaborating professional information.
We have taken all possible measures for security and set a new stronger power password.
Please be assured that all personal information sent from the inquiry form on our website is received and managed by our email address, so it is a complete system that does not leak at all.

② Occurrence of ridicule and slander against our office on SNS for our HP / professional collaboration
In July 2023, I discovered multiple postings of slanderous slander on my office on multiple SNSs against our office, which are thought to be aimed at spreading beyond the scope of criticism.
The main posts are mistakes such as Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist is nothing more than a substitute that anyone can do.”, “Those who cannot work in their previous jobs become administrative scriveners.” It was the purpose. I will not make a detailed counterargument, but correctly, “Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist is a national qualified person based on the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist Law, and the act of a proxy is punished as a non-Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist.” Become an administrative scrivener.” “Those who collaborate with professionals have high ability for business problems and innovation purposes.”
It was clearly intended for my job, but I will be suspending it for a while in order to prevent harmful rumors from occurring.
