令和７年（２０２５年）４月１日からグランドオープンした印西牧の原駅前のグレースホテルズに今月宿泊しました。観光・ビジネス・イベント参加などにも快適なサービスを提供している大変素晴らしいホテルです。

　永年に渡り印西市を中心とする千葉県の発展に寄与してきた企業の役員の方々とは、去年、別件で業務の御依頼をいただいた御縁があり、今回、私の方から御願いしてグループ企業の一つであるホテル事業の運営に関する少なくとも２０種類以上の多岐に渡る許認可について実地研修目的で訪問しました。

アドバイスをいただきながら大きな収穫を得て実地研修を無事終えることが出来ました。改めて、御礼申し上げます。

This month I stayed at Grace Hotels in front of Inzai Makinohara Station, which had its grand opening on April 1, 2025. It is a wonderful hotel that offers comfortable services for tourists, business travelers, and event attendees.

Last year, I was approached by executives of a company that has contributed to the development of Chiba Prefecture, with Inzai City at its core, for many years, for a separate assignment.
This time, I requested that they visit me for the purpose of providing practical training on the wide range of licenses and permits, at least 20 of which are required for the operation of the hotel business, one of the group companies.

Thanks to the kind and thoughtful advice I received from the executives, hotel managers and staff, I was able to get a lot out of my training and complete it without a hitch. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude.
