Duke-Kahanamoku Named after his Duke of Duke-Kahanamoku and Lei, a traditional Hawaiian ornament.
In addition, I dared to name it Rei, conscious of the spelling Lei of Rei and the Japanese era Reiwa.

🏄‍♂️Motivation for making “consultation on copyright” the main business

Our main business is copyright business.
Why did I make copyright my main specialty?
I love reading a wide range of books from literature to history, I love listening to a wide range of music from classical to rock, I love art appreciation such as paintings and works of art, and I also love watching movies.
I also love theater and kabuki.

The first thing that came to my mind when I first thought about what to do as a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist was the novel “Tsunagu” by Ms. Mitzuki Tsujimura, a Naoki Prize-winning author, which I recently read.
“Oh, yes, let’s make copyright our specialty!”

Quoted from https://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%83%84%E3%83%8A%E3%82%B0%EF%BC%88%E6%96%B0%E6%BD%AE%E6%96%87%E5%BA%AB%EF%BC%89-%E8%BE%BB%E6%9D%91%E6%B7%B1%E6%9C%88

Instantly replaying this memory from the depths of my heart, “I want to become a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist and become an expert in defending copyrights, which are the intellectual property of writers, artists, musicians, and dancers!” It was the motive.

After registering as a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist in February 2022 (Reiwa 4), first decide on copyright work without hesitation as to what field to specialize in, and then consult the copyright of the Japan Federation of Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists Associations. I attended training and registered.
I learned that copyright is a really important right as an intellectual property right.
However, the fields of copyright and license agreements are so deep that I cannot express them well, but I feel that they are fields that can be learned by body based on a solid knowledge of laws and regulations.
“I am enjoying and fulfilling my work every day.”

🏄‍♂️Agricultural right variety registration
consultation service

Cabbage fields on the southern hills of Shakujii Park

This is the second agricultural right variety registration business.
Why the field of agricultural rights?
I believe that both copyrights and agricultural rights are splendid intellectual property based on the common foundation of human ideas.
Born and raised in Nerima, the fields of Nerima, a symbol of urban agriculture, have been a familiar sight to me since I was a child. Fields have been crushed by soaring prices, and the condominium construction rush continues. On the other hand, there is a serious problem of empty houses.

It is said that it takes at least half a century of time and labor to cultivate the soil in a field. A field is not an asset that can be easily purchased with money.
Once the fields are covered with concrete, even if the concrete disappears and the land is cleared, it will take more than half a century of time and labor.

Keyaki trees in Hikarigaoka There was a vast field. An apartment building is under construction on the right side of the utility pole.

In the 21st century, natural disasters occur in Japan every 10 years.
The Great East Japan Earthquake, the new corona disaster, and the Ukraine war.
UNICEF’s latest report on food security points to a food crisis in 10 years.

We believe that Nerima’s fields and urban agriculture promotion are also food safety nets.

Currently, there are fields grown by 105 farmers in Nerima Ward.
While looking at the fields, I pondered if there was anything I could do to protect them.
What struck me was the task of registering a variety of agricultural products, such as Nerima radish, with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
The new varieties of agricultural products that have been improved upon by the collective wisdom of farmers are agricultural rights, which are splendid intellectual property.

I want to become an expert in advocating rights as a “Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist on the field” who protects farming rights, which are intellectual property. That was my main motivation.

👍 I love history.

When I was a university student, I worked as an excavation research assistant at the BC Shitanoya ruins in Nishi-Tokyo City (former Hoya City).
I know it well because there was a time in the past when I wanted to be a historian.

Also, from the time when I was unknown, I climbed the sky castle “Takeda Castle or Kogajo” in Asago City, Hyogo Prefecture with my friends. At that time, I stayed at the Maruichi Ryokan in the Takeda castle town and climbed the mountain castle from the foot of the mountain.
In August 1987, when I visited Houjuji Temple in the old castle town, I had the rare experience of putting my hands together on the mortuary tablet of the last lord of the castle, Hirohide Akamatsu (Hideie Ukita’s younger brother-in-law), arranged by the wife of the priest of the temple.

It should be noted that Takeda Castle became famous around the time it appeared in the Kadokawa movie “Heaven and Earth” in the early Heisei era as the filming location for Kenshin Uesugi’s “Kasugayama Castle”.

👍I also love Nerima’s local history.

In Nerima Ward, there were two castles, Nerima Castle and Shakujii Castle, in the early Sengoku period of the Toshima clan, descendants of the Bando Heike. The last lords of the castle who suffered a crushing defeat in the Battle of Ekotanumabukuro against Dokan Ota, the lord of Edo Castle, were Yasuaki Toshima (older brother), the lord of Nerima Castle, and Yasutsune Toshima (younger brother), the lord of Shakujii Castle.
Because of the tragic story of Yasuaki Toshima (older brother) throwing himself into Sanpo-ike Pond in Shakujii Castle Moat with Teruhime Toshima, the Teruhime Festival is currently being held in the Shakujii Park area of Nerima Ward.

According to recent research, Yasutsune Toshima (younger brother), the lord of Shakujii Castle, chose to survive, fled to Kozukue Castle in Musashi Province (the ruins of Kozukue Castle in Kozukuemachi, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) after the fall of the castle, and thoroughly resisted Dokan Ota. After that, it was clarified that Yasuyoshi Toshima, a descendant of Yasutsune Toshima (younger brother), served Ieyasu Tokugawa, the first shogun of the Edo Shogunate.

The Nerima Castle Ruins is located in the former Toshimaen Ruins, and a part of it has been developed as Nerima Castle Ruins Park. A Harry Patter theme park will be born in a place other than a park.

The ruins of Shakujii Castle still exist, and when I was a child, it was a place where I could play freely.
I was fascinated by playing with children in the neighborhood from the top of the castle ruins.
Entry is now prohibited.
Since Nerima Castle became the former Toshimaen, almost no castle ruins remain, but the Shakujii Castle ruins are relatively well preserved and have been excavated.

“Shakujii Castle Ruins Shakujii Castle Ruins is a historic site designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The Shakujii Castle Ruins, which was the residence of the Toshima clan, is located on a plateau between the valley of the Shakujii River to the south of Sanpoji Pond. From the middle of the Kamakura period onwards. It is believed that the castle was built around the end of the period and was attacked by Ota Dokan when Toshima kageyusaemonnojyo was the lord of the castle in 1477. Since then, the castle has been abandoned, but the inner walls of the castle, which are the central part of the castle. The earthwork and dry moat still remain.
In November 1998, an empty moat with a depth of about 5 meters was excavated. In addition, during the excavation survey in November 2000, an iron knife was excavated from the lower layer of the embankment. Ward Registered Cultural Property: Small sword excavated from Shakujii Castle Ruins

👍I love gardening seasonal flowers.

👍My favorite literary figure is Saneatsu Mushanokoji.

Although he is a literary figure in the Showa era, it was a favorite book of my grandfather who was born in the Meiji era, and I also read it and fell in love with it.
