特に、直近に重要な法令改正が行われました。深刻化する所有者不明土地増加問題の対策の一環として、２０２４年（令和６年）４月１日から不動産の相続登記が義務化され、また、２０２６年（令和８年）４月１日から不動産の住所・氏名の変更登記が義務化されます。

In particular, important legal amendments have been made recently. As part of measures to address the increasingly serious problem of an increase in land with unknown owners, real estate inheritance registration will become mandatory from April 1, 2024 (Reiwa 6), and real estate address and name change registration will become mandatory from April 1, 2026 (Reiwa 8).
Since Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists are completely prohibited from performing legal acts related to registration, even when consultations on inheritance or vacant houses include real estate inheritance registration or real estate address or name change registration, we work in cooperation with the Try Inheritance Registration Center, a judicial scrivener corporation.
