第一に、財産の遺書がイコール遺言書であると認識している方々が非常に多いことです。
第二に、資産総額１億円以上の富裕層でないから、御自身が万が一のときには御家族が仲良く話し合いによって解決するので心配ないからと、遺言書作成をしない方々が非常に多いことです。
第三に、遺言書の作成は、高齢者の問題で４０歳代・５０歳代・６０歳代の年齢では関係ないと考えられる方々が非常に多いことです。
現在、相続トラブル（調停・審判・裁判）の約８０％は相続財産金額５，０００万円以下（１，０００万円以下約３５％、１，０００万円～５，０００万円以下約４５％）で、ごく普通の御家庭・御家族の間で発生しています。
我が国の民法でも「遺言」「遺言書」という名称で条文に記載されていますが、「亡くなる」というマイナスイメージの方が強い言葉だと認識されがちです。
しかし、遺言書は遺書ではなく御家族を守る「紛争予防財産契約書」です。
