会社設立後の企業（当事務所が会社設立に一切携わっていない企業）から、以下、➀②のお問い合わせが非常に多いです。

➀許認可取得が出来なかったので、困っている。
②銀行から会社口座開設を断れて、困っている。

会社設立時の定款に問題がありました。特に、定款の目的が経営実態や必要な許認可を反映していないケースが多いです。
