According to Article 78 of the Judicial Scriveners Act, Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists are prohibited from acting as agents in registration or deposit procedures.
For example, if A Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist prepares an inheritance division agreement, it is prohibited for them to apply for the registration of inheritance division as an agent between heirs using the inheritance division agreement as the registration cause document, as this is considered a non-judicial act.
In particular, important legal amendments have been made recently.
